Traveling is a brutality…

Traveling is a brutality. It forces you to trust strangers and to lose sight of all that familiar comfort of home and friends. You are constantly off balance. Nothing is yours except the essential things- air, sleep, dreams, the sea, the sky-all things tending towards the eternal or what we imagine of it. -Cesare Pavese

I’m tired and my feet hurt. I started the day with sharp lightening, strong thunder, and rain. God really put on a show for me and I tried to enjoy the beauty despite my trepidation. Here are some pictures from today. I am tired and can’t give much narrative. Buen Camino.

  1. Oh Kathy……..hang in there (which I am sure you will do). Of course your feet will be hurting and you will be weary. And why not? You have traveled a gazillion miles on those little feet. But they will recover and you will be on your way. Just love hearing from you. Am with you in spirit!
